This Privacy Policy currently applies to the Erea website.

The Erea app may have its own privacy policy when released. If the app stores books, notes, reading progress, highlights, or settings locally on your device, this data is not automatically transmitted to us unless the app explicitly offers online features such as sync, accounts, cloud backup, AI features, or support uploads.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep waitlist email addresses until:

• you ask us to delete your email address
• you withdraw your consent
• the waitlist is no longer needed
• or Erea is discontinued

Contact messages are kept only as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry or handle follow-up communication.

Technical server logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s retention settings.
